Average turn times
So I compared 10 turns in Attila (turns 1-10) and 10 turns in Rome 2 in order to compare average turn times for me.

Attila - Average turn time is 1 minute and 19 seconds.

Rome 2 - Average turn time is 14 seconds.

Now as total war games tend to go on (post turn 100) turn times tend to begin slowing down. Is it safe to assume Attila will be at an absolute crawl when getting into much higher turn numbers?

Am I in the minority experiencing this increased turn time?

On a side note, Attila runs far better for me than Rome 2 does, I typically run everything on Ultra for Rome 2 and on Atilla, I get higher FPS on Attila (Campaign and Battle). So all in all I definitely am getting great performance across the board, just wondering if anyone else was getting hit with the slow turn times.

Early on is like less than 30 seconds, but the more time goes, the more time it takes, around 1 minute. I really hope they can optimize this.

yeah they seem rather long

What's the matter with you? Just press "End round" if it takes too long for you, nobody is forcing you to wait, just click the damn button and then you can have 2 second rounds. Don't you have any real problems? Strop posting crap like this.

For me it's around 30sec on Attila with something like 10 sec for the WRE ( playing the Huns) on limited AI move.

I was wondering if I can speed up this process too. If this process gets faster, that means I can play the game faster. Loving it so far, though I'm a complete noob. Played as the Geats and lost just about every battle encounter so far (And I was on easy mode.)

This is propably going to improve later. I still remember Rome 2 horrible turn times shortly after it came available. It could take minutes.

True. At the beginning Rome 2's turn ends took me over a minute, in Attila most times I wait about 28 seconds. Still too long for an unpatient idiot like me but I guess: I can call myself lucky that I don't have to wait > 1 minute.
