How to install non workshop mods?

You usually copy .pack files into the game's "data" folder and then activate them in a mod manager, but all mods have some sort of a readme or at least information on how to install on the page that you're downloading it from.

If you look closely, you can see i am deleting some digits, which wont work without doing that.
the cursor is invisible for you because i used some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ record program
