I just wanted to put it out, it's annoying seeing people say that he isn't, while us Turks and all other Turkic people consider him a great and important person in history.

I thought he was descended from the Chinese? However, he could be anything since he was apart of a rather multi-cultural horde. For all we know he was a proto-Mongol mixed with a Celt. In the end it doesn't matter what he was since he's dead and with Tengri and we don't have a body to identify his genetics

What proof do we have though? The Huns were probably extremely mixed by the time of the Hunnic invasion of the Goths. This sounds like nationalistic pandering in all honesty.

attila was born in Hungary, the center of the hunnic empire was in the hungarian puszta, and medieval legends say that the first kings of hungary descended from him.

They believe he is germanic simply due to his nickname, Attila.

Hun-Hungarian. They were roamers so they had no set ethnicity, however it was of Hungarian areas.

Pretty sure he was from New Jersey and he had 3 popped collars with a 3/4" thick gold chain and some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with spray tans and heavy eye liner.
