Need some advice (Migration & Resettling)
Hey I was coming to a cross road and I wanted my horde to settle down and I was wondering is it better to Raze a city and start from ruins or Occupy it and and convert everything.

Now I'm asking because I did two save files on testing and I'm not really sure.

For the raze and ruins my city started a lot slower, but was defendable much faster. Food took around three turns which is about the same if you build food second though to finish a 6 slot settlement it would take 7-9 turns to just to get it up and running (by the 4th turn you would have tier 1 town and all slots and previous slots that take 2 turns to build done). Though you have to repair each one before getting a new slot.
1st turn Sack, Raze, Resettle - Start town (4 turns)
5th Turn Repair (start Tier 2 town 5 Turns)
6th Turn Repair (start slot 2 building)
7th Turn Repair (start slot 3...)
8th Turn Repair (start slot 4...)
9th Turn Repair (start slot 5...)
10th Turn Slot 6 (2-3 turns to build), Tier 2 town done Food to support town and military.
12th-13th Turn full city

Now for the occupy play through it takes FOREVER to convert, one turn to repair and the 10-12 turns to get a tier one town, forcing you to leave a stack to protect it. Though the economy spin on things got done way faster 3-5 turns to get buildings up and running, even with dismantling

They both take around 12 turns to get full swing, though Razing get protection faster and occupying gets economy faster but only a tier one town.

Which is better or your thoughts on the matter, I could be going at things wrong, I need a stable mind, I'm a bit mental...

Forgive me for bumping the thread, hoping for more knowledge or pointing to a guide with this information.
