Flickering shadows on buildings since release!

Anyone know a workaround? A mod? Anything? Anyone care to try fix this? I hate it when building shadows flicker unless I turn down graphics.

You could try the ‘replace Attila’s graphical assets with Britannia’s’ trick, but I doubt if it’s gonna help. The graphical bugs are this game’s smallest issue anyway simply because the graphics are ugly even when everything works properly. The missing building slots and the fact that bloody seasons don’t actually change — that’s what really makes me scratch my head how it was never fixed, alongside a myriad other, equally scandalous problems. We’re lucky the Workshop is a thing.

Well I hope when CA removes chat that they could hear us now, and decide to fix some of thes ethings, espeicially shadows, and the games ability to utilize modern computer power

Upgrade your graphics drivers. This issue was fixed after launch. Or upgrade the GPU entirely.

Uuuuh I have experienced this on maybe three different pc's since game launch. Two previous laptops and now I have a computer with RTX 3060, updated drivers, 36 RAM and a Ryzen 9 with 16 cores and 32 threads etc... its not my computer.

Rather tell me how I can fix the shadows if youre not having the issue, as I see even youtubers get that problem on buildings... Load up Constantinople, up the graphics, zoom in and see what happens to the shadows... FLICK FLICK FLICK

Absolutely untrue. Shadows flicker somewhat regularly on my 1660ti with the latest game ready drivers.

I think every total war has really ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up flickering shadows. It's part of why I don't mind turning shadows off or to the lowest setting in most TW games.
