Medieval Kingdom 1212 AD Decisions Bug

I played three factions, Serbia, Lithuania, and Wallachia.

For Serbia, the decision to become an Empire does not work despite having all the requisites present.

For Lithuania and Wallachia, there are two decisions at the start, one, to become a Kingdom, and another, to become an Empire. After around 10 turns, the option to become a Kingdom disappears. Playing the game, while the turn to empire is an option, by the time comes when all the requirements are complete, the button still does not work.

Only noticed this problem after the last update. is there anything that I can do to fix this?

noticed the same bug. playes as many different factions, sometimes it happens, sometimes not. did you fix it?

Same problem with the Wales's faction.

I had same problem with the Toulouse's faction as well.
also, Ironman achievement is not accomplished. (i assume it's bug, too)
* Toulouse achievement, and ibadi islam achievement.

hi, im having a problem whenever i want to open the game with all mods in this case related to medieval kingdoms but it loads 10 seconds and then the game closes, any solution ?

it fixed when i rebooted computer. idk why it happened, i guess computer graphic problem.
