Pretty good costumes, but romanticising it more than a bit. Bruce did nothing to help Wallace's rebellion, and only rebelled when Edward I chose John Balliol, an ally of the Comyns (the Bruce family's rivals) to be King of Scotland when the old king died rather than Bruce himself. He then stabbed one of the Comyns to death in a church. That suggests more ambitious and ruthless than reluctant - brave certainly, but could well have been as much of a psychopath or sociopath as Edward I was. And most of medieval warfare between England and Scotland on both sides was "raiding" or "harrying" (i.e massacring people and stealing from them).
