1212 AD Medieval Kingdom Campaign. All Cities are individual regions
Problem: All regions have single city. There is no region with more than 1 city, It's make game almost impossible because each city has to take care of their own food, sanitation, public order. Global food doesn't work. AS soon as region has negative food (even if globally i have positive amount) i have -5 order. Thanks for help
At first i thought it's alpha issue but i saw let play's and now i know it's a bug or something.

Its not a bug, thats just how the mod is. You just have to make sure what buildings are needed or not. Its hard at first but once you figure it out it becomes pretty easy. You really have to make sure you have sanitation(especially since alot of buildings cause squalor), food, and public order buildings in each city.

I started out with sanitation and disease problems in the my Kingdom of Sicily campaign, but had it under control after just a few turns. You have to study what each build does and build the important things to ensure sanitation and food, get those right and then you can start to slowly build up things that improve your income, forces, trade etc. but always keep an eye on your squalor. The secret is slowly slowly catchee monkey!

Is the medieval kingdoms 1212 ad campaign playable to people who aren't early access or developers like me?

I noticed a bug in Medieval Kingdoms 1212 AD: When you dismount your cavalry and have them fight on foot, they still make neighing noises even when they're on the other side of the battlefield from their cavalry.
How do I report this to the developers of the mod?
