WRE how to get rid of immigrants?

seriously though, public order seems to be impossible to maintain in western rome with the huge public order penalty due immigrants. I can't stabalize my provinces.

There are skills and maybe households. The immigrants are a consequence of war. You have to stabilize your provinces in another way. It is possible but it needs a lot of time for coordination and doing the best you can do. Priests, governors, households, enough food, nice buildings like theatre, circus and governor´s palace.
Pump your taxes way up or raid your own territory/let someone else raid your territory, or otherwise just allow rebellions and crush them.
There's no easy way to get rid of immigrants when you have a faction trait that gives you permanent immigration in all provinces and have too much territory to cover.

Re-read the OP. WRE's faction trait causes constant immigration in all provinces. WRE can either mitigate immigration by investing in PO increasing infrastructure and agents, or by hurting itself to cull the province(s) that is the worst offender. Personally, I prefer the former option, as immigration penalties can be largely ignored outside of legendary (even then, the biggest problems for WRE are the awful christian religion and starting with half strength border forces and garrisons) and the immigrants do provide some additional income.

Because of this I try to change to Paganism. But I always recruit 2 Priests in Taraconensis for PO in Hispania before I build the church down. I do not care much about religion in GC. The first time I used more religios buldings was in Last Roman when playing Vandals.

Can't, just build pub order buildings...

Christianity for Rome is actually preferable to paganism late game cause the pagan ones REALLY cost a lot of food that could go to better public order buildings like a capitol or manor

true. But the huns are usually more of a problem for me than the late game. I usually find that cristianity is very easy to convert to because of how quickly it spreads. So once attila is defeated you can usually convert back over time.
I have 0% immigrants on 32 provinces
I got rid of it by turning taxes to maximum along with provencial decrees.

They are constantly flowing in as a default mechanic in WRE's campaign, eventually you're just gonna have -9 or -11 public order penalties in ALL regions from immigration unless you wanna allow your provinces to get damaged from time to time with insurrection.

All you can do is prioritize public order buildings over those that cause disorder or consume too much food. You will always be able to make money if you prioritize certain provinces to have the most profitable buildings, like the wine emporium, but keep an army near THOSE provinces, you won't be able to afford to have enough armies for all potential provincial rebellions

What nobody has mentioned is that immigrants bring in huge amounts of cash for WRE. It is a minigame on its own and very managable without rebellions. It is much more easy than managing your familytree and influence bar

Yep, sanitation, food, religion and public order. Once you can set taxes to max and still have decent public order you can build industrial up and win the campaign with max amount of doomstacks
