In the battles you will find that the fps will drop a lot and it could become a slide show, especially the bigger ones.
But if you're happy to live with that, it will actually run, it's just not ideal.
Why not play Civilisation? It has less graphical demands than this game and is similar.
With 128 mb VRAM, it would be a very low and poorly run experience if you could run the game. Most people have had optimization and performance issues with the newer Total War games.
Is it a laptop?
Just like everyone else who tries to run games without a video card.
