Declaring War and Trade
Hello, first time making a discussion, I would just like to know how to delcare war or trade? I went to my diplomacy section and clicked on Ostrogoths and it is grayed out. (add offer or demand) I even checked every faction and it is grayed out. Can anyone help?

You must be playing as a puppet state. What faction are you playing as? Factions that are puppet states of another can't do much of anything with diplomacy. You will have to break your puppet state agreement to go to war (or trade) with anyone.
