Celtic faction Bard's hall won't unlock - 3 heroic victories
playing as caledonians, i have 7 heroic victories, and the bard's hall won't unlock, so i can't unlock scatha's teachers. is this fixable?

Ever considered to just stop lying Justin and realise that you need to actually get those heroic victories to acquire Scatha's teachers?
