Report a translation problem
If the unit can be upgraded, it will have a little yellow arrow on the unit portrait. Click on that unit and a little tap will open above them, and one of the options will allow you to retrain them. This is also the way to upgrade their armor/weapons/etc.
Friendly warning though, upgraded units tend to have higher upkeep, sometimes by a wide margin. When you hover over the 'retrain' button, it will display the stats of the unit it will become, and you can check what the new upkeep will be. Make sure you can afford to field all your new units.
