Integerity.
Im playing as the Sassinids empire around 400AD, my heir's army's integrity is on the first bar, slipping down, how do I raise integerity without Decimating.
Btw pretty much all my family has no infulance, so I cannot do anything political
*my control is below 30*

Their integrity is low BECAUSE your family has no influence in the first place.

Killing isn't really going to help you.

Influence their opinion about you, secure loyalty.

Killing enemies will help in the short and long term, actually.

Short term he'll get "spoils of war" and "great victories" bonuses to integrity, provided the losses are manageable.

Longer term, victories will allow his generals and armies to level and then he can pick parts of the tree that will increase integrity, not to mention retainers.

In the immediate moment, op, if you put your armies into a fortified stance that will help, +1 for resting and +4 for being fortified.

You might also want to consider swapping out your generals for ones that have better traits.

Probably one of the best methods is to just swap units between armies.

Transferring many units, and particularly if they are veteran units, from army A to B will result in B getting a "unit transfer" integrity bonus, which can be quite large, like around +23.

Then, just disband the army that is left (the one with all of the units transferred out) so it doesn't rebel. You can always reestablish it later, where its integrity will be reset to the average rating, like 50.

At the same time, you do have to address the underlying problem as Vaxholm articulated, otherwise you'll just face this same problem again.

You have to raise your level of dominion.

If your family members don't have influence, have the members from "other nobles" spend their influence securing government postings.

This will lower their influence surplus and indirectly make your family's influence proportionally larger than it was, thereby raising your dominion rating.

If there is a problematic character from the other faction with too much influence and low loyalty, consider sending him into battle to be killed, unless you really have no generals and you need him to command.

If you have agents, like scouts and priests, they may have traits that will raise integrity. So take a look at what your agents have, and then embed them to an army so these traits can take effect.

Finally, be sure to carefully look at the tech tree: there are various bureaucratic and economic developments that will raise army integrity and improve loyalty.

Everyone has his own way I believe :-)
