What to do with Strange Hilt

ok so outside of luskan in a treasure chest i lock picked i found a "strange hilt" says its missing something that goes into the pommel, any idea where you find that piece of it?

If I remember right thats the hilt to the Sun Blade. You'll find a gem later. Take both parts to the blacksmith in Luskan and he will reforge it for you, I think for 8K. It's the best weapon in game so far that I've seen for paladins. Even better than a holy avenger sadly.

i looked it up online and it does make the Sun Blade, sadly its also a short sword
