How many permanent stat boosts in campaign?
Already I've run into +1 to any stat, tome of knowledge
+1 to any stat from a certain ghastly wizards laboratory journal
+1 to cha and wis from a random encounter in the world that has to do with cakes
+1 to charisma from a mad wizards alchemy potion mixing (blue green yellow)

Anyone know any more of the boost? Since these stack, I sorta would like to know all of them so theres minimum needed amount of rerunning the campaing to cap ones stats.

Is there even a CHA save ability in the game?

as i said, Umber Hulks confusion and rogue confusion both are charisma saves. and we have zero + charisma save items in game, they don't exist or drop. only the rare/useless + charisma stat items on helms or capes or chest pieces from what i've seen so far

This is wrong. The Rogue confusion uses a wisdom save. It says so in the description.

And even though Umber Hulk confusion SHOULD use a charisma save according to 5e rules, I've heard from other people that it actually uses a wisdom save too. Charisma really is STILL a dump stat unless your class abilities require it (or you just enjoy getting a discount in shops). The only saves that really matter in this game, as they've always been since 3rd edition, are wisdom, dex, and con.

There are a very few strength save checks and almost no int checks until they add more aberrations to the game. Charisma saves are just extremely rare, even in 5e itself.

I just discovered the ability Distracting Remarks requires a Charisma save in the game.
