This is wrong. The Rogue confusion uses a wisdom save. It says so in the description.
And even though Umber Hulk confusion SHOULD use a charisma save according to 5e rules, I've heard from other people that it actually uses a wisdom save too. Charisma really is STILL a dump stat unless your class abilities require it (or you just enjoy getting a discount in shops). The only saves that really matter in this game, as they've always been since 3rd edition, are wisdom, dex, and con.
There are a very few strength save checks and almost no int checks until they add more aberrations to the game. Charisma saves are just extremely rare, even in 5e itself.
