Who else is getting the physical version?
I'll be snagging it on switch then probably end up double dipping later when its $20 on PC just to own it. never got around to playing this even though I have a disc only copy of Lunar 2 as I wanted to play 1 first.

I'm posting on the Steam forum, so no I am not.

Doesn't stop someone from getting it on both. I'd just rather have a physical copy with re-sale value especially as its going to be limited release it sounds. For extra $5 I can always sell it down the road when Steam version is cheap.
I've been thinking hard about getting the Switch Version... I probably will, just to have it.

If there was a PC Physical Edition which came with a disc and a Steam Key, then I'd get that for sure.

I might buy this and Suikoden HD Remaster on my Switch or PS5 since it would be nice to also have a physical version.

I have the both SSS and EB Complete box sets on PSX, so I want to buy it on Steam and the physical PS4 version. That’s the plan, anyway.
Xbox Version? I'm guessing no, So no.
Had planned to get Steam and Xbox If available, since i have the Sega CD and Psx versions.
A PS4 copy with no PS to play it on is kinda stupid. At that point i could simply print a cover and put it on any case.
Definitely getting this collection physically on Switch.

Why are some people so stubborn about physical versions ? It's a thing from the past, even on consoles I buy games digitally...

Unless its drastically cheaper I often prefer the physical version, gives you a way to recoup costs down the road
To be fair, a physical version is also a memory to keep for a long time. Having a nice box art and just something to keep in real life. I will buy digital but I understand.

Displayability.
Tangible ownership.
Control.

This is coming from a guy who prefers Digital Media these days for saving space and easy accessability, but I used to be very much into Physical Copies and outright opposed to Digital Distribution, so I know why people prefer physical.

From where?

I tried Amazon and you can't pre-order.
Brian9824 Mar 15 @ 11:10am
They aren't doing preorders until right before launch apparently
"We won't be offering preorders for this release," GungHo confirms, "but please note that it's not a limited release. There will be plenty of copies available for everyone interested."

This is what I've seen online. Sooo no preorders at all. Buy at release. They seem to say that they will not lack stock so there are no worries. You should be able to buy the game.

That makes me scratch my head.

So will they be plentiful at Walmart? Gamestop? We shall see.

Can we get the DIRECTLY from them?
