Motion blur, stuttering, and flickering?
Anyone else having these issues? This is even worse than Tales of Symphonia. I lowered my monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz but that did not help.

You should be able to force vsync via your graphic drivers; another solution might be to run the Windows shader cache cleanup (settings-->system-->storage-->temporary files).

I play in 4K bordeless 60hz, got none of these issues
I'm playing on the steam deck and the game gets super jerky whenever the character moves.

I am doing better after clearing the shader cache and rebooting. Thanks, JunglePredator.
Turn off Post FX

Press the Quick Access Menu on the right side of the Deck and set it to 60fps. Should clear it up. It's a known issue with OLED Steam Decks.

The only issue I had was blurring on the top and bottom of the scene. Turning off Post FX gets rid of that (it's trying to apply a similar effect that you see in the Square Enix 2D-HD games).

If you're on an NVIDIA card, maybe update drivers? I think they released new ones yesterday or the day before.
