So is it confirmed it is the Working Designs translation version?

Ok. Guess we have to wait to see.
PlayStation 1 version is Working Designs right?
COMPLETE in the title gives that away?
I wouldn't be surprised if it's the original WD script though.
Complete is PSX, but the Japanese versions are different in a few ways. They could easily be basing it off the Japanese one and not including the changes to the Western version.
Note that the voice actors, at least Jennifer Stigile and John Truitt were just as surprised by this announcement as any of us. So the WD voices are almost certainly NOT in the game (the trailer has a new singer, though it's very similar to Stigile's voice)
Pretty sure I saw a couple people say they think it's using the translation from the PSP version (Lunar: Silver Star Harmony) for Lunar 1 -- which has its own voice actiors -- but Lunar 2 never got a new release after PSX so who knows....
I've never played Harmony so I have no idea if implementing its translation and VA into the PSX version is even plausible.
Plausible, and done already for the dub version, of the fan translation of Lunar SSS on Saturn.
The PSP dub was more professional than the campy WD version. Closer to what you would expect from any modern anime.
I think it would be more interesting if GungHo were to go further with the dub in this HD remaster. New graphics swapping is one thing, but they could theoretically also dub more or all of the dialog in the game too. It would probalby become an annoying mess at that point though.
The iOS/Android releases of Lunar put the PSP VAs into the PS1 game, so it's obviously doable.
