I couldn't find where to change the language to English, I went through all settings, but it just stayed in Japanese, there is only a couple of words that show in English, the rest of the game and all the explanations are all in Japanese. Please help

I wish all of your cooking games had a casual mode. I just want to enjoy making different things and serving them. I'm not interested in constant, stressful time attacks. Can you please add a casual or endless mode and get rid of the timers?
