i must have hit him like 50 times, then he goes into insane OP mode with lightning, clouds, follows you - and you cannot even dash away without getting hit no HP bar on him either so you have no idea how close you are. if you have no stamina, you are screwed. please make first boss less OP...

IMHO it's generally a bad game mechanic to limit a dash by stamina. It goes against any precision routines. Btw, during the boss fight, there are instructions to break big stones with a slingshot instead of a dash. It takes me a while to realize...
