FOV based mouse sens and vertical sens

Please add FOV based sensitivity for aiming down sights,also, the vertical sensitivity when aiming down sights is higher than horizontal.

I noticed that too. I think whats happening is the vertical sensitivity stays the same as when you're zoomed out, but horizontal aiming get dampened while zoomed in. Oh well
