once you beat the game there is no way to play from the beginning

Will there be options for the following: - Head bob on/off - Motion Blur on/off - Camera sway on/off - FOV These options cause a lot of motion sickness for a lot of players and would be great if there's an option to have access to these as I can see there is a lot of camera swaying/movement in just the trailer....
