Babylon 5 at War Mod not working

I downloaded and installed the Babylon 5 mod for Staw Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption, I followed the instructions for installation creating a Mods folder and then setting the launch options as instructed, which was: swfoc MODPATH=Mods\Babylon_5_At_War_1.8.Vollversion, but every time I start up the game it still just Plays Star Wars and not the B5 Mod, I was wondering if anyone could help me out with it.

my guess is that the game files are in another folder deeper in the Babylon_5_At_War_1.8.Vollversion/Babylon maybe look inside the folder where are the XML's files are they in the Babylon_5_At_War_1.8.Vollversion folder or is there an sub folder that it is in within that folder if so they you got to put the sub folder name on the end of the path to or it won't load it.

I,ve looked in the XML files and the other files of the Mod as well, but I can't find what you refered to.

subfolder means a folder within a folder subfolder may contain your game data files XML's for the modbeside mod files go in a mod folder in the steam install for youyr game then you must go to luancher settings
