Bone puzzle problem

This is my second playthrough, so I've already figured this out once, but something seems off this time around. I'm at the bone puzzle in LeChuck's fortress, and I know how the song verses and door patterns work, but the door I need isn't there.

Before, I remember you just went to another screen until you found it and started from there, but there is no other screen this time. Walking through the archway to the right goes straight to the jail cells, walking left goes back to the 4 way split with splintered sign. No matter where I go, this is the only 3 door set I've got and none of them are a match. I even watched a walkthrough a moment ago and it was exactly as I remembered it to be, which is not how it's working right now.

Worst part is I'm going for the speedrun 'chieve. The other room with the different doors is supposed to be there when you walk to the right from the first 3, right? Anyone know what I've managed to mess up here?

Fired the game back up to try again, and this time the room was there like it was supposed to be with the door I needed, puzzle solved seconds later. No idea what was going on earlier, but I guess it was a fluke. Weird.

It happens the same to me, the doors I find do not match the song and all lead outside. I restarted the game but still in the same situation...

If you can't find the door you have to continue through the rooms until you find the bones that you are looking for.

Everytime I got thorug the doors I was getting outside or at Wally's jail, but after trying and trying and trying I finnaly ended up in another room...

Got the permanent glitch too, anyone know what to do beyond trying to brute force this part?
