I was able to get it to launch maybe once or twice doing the uninstall/reinstall but it kept crashing right when i got to bridget's office I had bought episode 1 separately from itch io so I thought maybe that was the problem 'IE it was running from separate places, so I deleted that folder 'still kept my old saves though' did a full wipe and reinstall but now can't even get the window to come up...
