Tomoya Voiced DLC

Hey team, if you're still reading this forum. What are the chances we can get Tomoya Voiced in DLC. That way anyone who wants to have the 'Original' experience can go for it, but for those of us who are coming from the Anime, we can have all the characters voiced as we've become accustomed to. Am I the only one that would jump on that? (Money aside, that's the biggest thing keeping me on the fence about this release. And by money, I mean my being broke through the holidays, the price is fine. ;P)

that won't happen, Tomoya never got a VA for the Novel. The others members of the cast are the same, tho.

True, which is why I'm pitching it as DLC. Sure, the original release didn't have it, but that's the whole point of DLC. ;P

Yeah um, since there are no voices that exist currently, the developer would have to actually get Nakamura-san to voice a whole bunch of lines and that's... just not within the power of what's essentially a TL group.

Considering how long ago it came out, if there's still no voice for Tomoya, don't get your hopes up.

Hmmm... That's unfortunate. I didn't realize they were so limited in their reach for this project. ;? Ahhh well. It's awesome that it's available at all then. ^.^

The reason that the protagonist is unvoiced is because he's supposed to be YOU, the player. Same deal as with most VN's.

This doesn't really fit when the protagonist has a distinct personality.

well you can change Tomoya's name, i think that Key's idea was that.

I prefer VNs with the voiced MC, tho.

I'm a fan of both, 'Self Insert' Main Characters, and playing as individuals... but if your character has their own distinct personality, they should be voiced as well. ;P

It'd be cool, but after all this time I don't think anyone is going to pay Nakamura a wad of cash to go record more lines than the current amount of voiced lines combined lol.

Yeah... that argument is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ because Kanon PSP (protagonist voiced by Sugita Tomokazu).
