I've heard that there are still LPs out there, but they might hand out a DMCA claim regardless if they find it.
About the only legitimately positive thing to ever come out of the DMCA - shutting down streamers who spoil games for everyone who actually buys games to play them while screaming memespeak mixed with racial slurs.
That and reaction videos. The only thing more ridiculous to me than watching someone play a game is watching someone watch someone play it.
