[SPOILERS] Fuko's light orb situation.

Hey all! So, first of all, I absolutely love this VN. I think it's the best thing ever.

Though, I got a problem with Fuko's scenario.

First time playing this VN, was with my own opinions and choices, because I was curious to see how it turns out like this. I got a route, where I was dating with Nagisa, but in the end, I got the scenario with the classroom. Fuko didn't ask to go out with Tomoya, but asked to be friends. Then the credit roll, and I got the achievement of Fuko's scenario.

Though, the weird thing is, I did never get the scene with the open hand, where the light orb came.

Then, I played again with my own opinions and choices for the last time, and got Kotomi's route, it was amazing. I also got the light orb in the end.

When I discovered the thing with Fuko could be a problem, I replayed Fuko's scenario using a walkthrough. She did ask to go out with Tomoya in the end, but again, I didn't obtain a light orb.


Can anyone explain the situation for me? Thanks a lot in advance!

Except in the Tomoyo route and the Ryou route, you get the light orb at the end of the routes once only. Once you get it, you can't get the same light orb from the same route.

My understanding is that you do not gain a Light for the Fuko route. But it is still a necessary route. So don't worry.

Not all routes have a light orb. Fuko's doesn't, but you do have credit for clearing her route which is needed.

I don't remember which other ones didn't give light orbs outside of the Baseball route or Ryou's(not necessary for true ending, but I'd still recommend doing those too). It's been a while so I could be wrong and I want to say Nagisa's doesn't, but she's also required as well.

Then there's cases where a route or choices within a route doesn't give you a light orb but unlocks a light orb in a different route.
