I've been mocked before when suggesting the same thing (similar with Draven Crow), let's just hope smarter people are at the keyboard this time around. I don't want to deal with morons. I just want Rising World to be fun on various levels.
I still propose music sheets to smooth things out.

So, this basically falls under what I proposed a few times with sheet music, and all.
Of course. Ready when it's ready, etc :)
I'd laugh if and when Red51 does it he'll add his custom Rising World menu music into the mix with Waveshapr's help, if he's still around. I hope he is. Maybe Red51 can provide the foundation for Waveshapr to implement the feature further.
That be awesome.
I'd go with the Violin, flute, and Trumpet. I used to play trumpet in school before I lost my motivation from being bullied and treated like crap. I added a trumpet in my 'room' in Phantasy Star Online 2 as a memorial to the time I was actually proud of playing a trumpet. If I can do such in Rising World I'd be happy.
I admired someone and those who played flutes. Violin? Google up 'Busou Shinki Sharatang' on that one.
When Red51 is ready (or willing) I'd be up for it.
People pretending to be "edgy", "cool", etc, etc. A few people I semi-looked up to but not really while others were just stupid morons. Had to note it, it's however in the past. I still view the Trumpet strongly.
Failed to find PSO2's trumpet videos. Instead, I'll just share these videos.

(YOKO KANNO)
I find it amusing how someone made a cover of Macross soundtrack to then not source it. Was going to share more, just doesn't suit the thread when I went to review it. Let's see if I can find a cool violin cover of some sort.
Music is a powerful thing, it speaks and its also a language in its own manner. It's why it's a popular theme in Anime I "tried" to use in this thread. I needed to go more general.
-----------
As for the violin, screw it.... Going to edit in the Ayaka's theme.

Now, there are games with varying note blocks and music styles. Those are fun to deal with, at times.
This theme is one of my favorite ones and this guys did a perfect performance.
Wow!
Excellent taste, ArticuKitsu.
Then that means we're onto something good. When they say "for old people" I find those things eventually are the best things ever. Especially with the generation we live in now wanting to believe in fake politics, and all that other nonsense I find tradition is the best thing ever, even when it comes to gaming and music.
trumpets ftw.
I try. Lacrimosa is famous among the Anime world from Fate/Stay Night, to PSO2's moon level, and etc. You can hear it everywhere, almost.
I know a lot of people fear anime, it's where all the good stuff is at while also paying respect to classical, historical, etc.
What they fear is the oversaturation of fan service animes and anything equal to videos found on Porn Hub especially the Japanese equivalent of Sitcoms called Harem comedies. The anime I've watched makes most of the movies I've seen in theaters thus far seem more like old american Saturday morning cartoons. It's a bitter shame they could only make one Battle Angel movie and all priority for the next one has vanished.
Fear is fear, as with mentions of zombies in Rising World. It's irrational fear. Same with how people fear mushrooms and seafood (not to be confused with disliking). Once people immerse themselves in their fear they either deal live or cope with it in some manner.
As for 'fan service', I've grown up in a 1990's Europe with folks having stern personalities. Play hard, work hard. For your hard work you would be rewarded with gorgeous woman on TV, magazines, etc. At least as eye candy. Fanservice fear is simply a hollow excuse. Now? Everything is now allegedly offensive. You're now transphobic for drinking water, or racist for eating food. I find people weird, even those hating on anime because it goes against their political views. Traditional mindset wins here, not many have a traditional mindset to enjoy anime.
Anime is freedom, creativity, philosophical, musical, and etc. It's why it's so popular, to a fault, to which you have wannabes hijacking it, attempting to control it to spew their corrupt false political agendas.
And yeah, anime tends to explore subjects Europeans used to explore, now less so because of faux politics. Americans struggle, unable to make content as they either used to from the 60's to late 90's. There are a few movies here and there, they sadly get shunned or hijacked. Some thankfully get praised for actually being good while the media throws a fit against it. The few out of the many. I miss the freedom 90's.
I admire Rising World because it does what even Minecraft was either afraid of, or refuses to tackle. It does it better and cleaner in so many ways. If Waveshapr is still on the team (and active) I want to hear what more he has to share. I accidentally yelled back at him in a dm but that's because I'm constantly suffering with depression and stress. It never ends. I want to see Red51's dream come true in that "Traditional European" manner, not the modern garbage we have going on hating on one another, nor afraid to do what we must. Its why I linger in the anime realm for its passion and courage to explore what others fear. The true content to share, to be genuinely philosophical, to be creative, free, and to enjoy what we actually want to enjoy. True freedom and creativity.
I'll try to find more classical music if you want. Even musical elements from PSO2, among other games.
