But, yes, it will be very good if they officially add a swamp biome.
Hell trees? There's nothing like this
Aren’t there some kind of vine-covered trees down in Hell? They look somewhat like swamp trees? I’ve never been there, but I thought I’d seen them in a picture
Via creative tool you can get some "dead trees" though and i think also a willow. these might look like what you described.
As @Avanar suspected, probably someone just planted these trees in hell. Actually these trees are supposed to be swamp trees, but we didn't get swamp biomes ready in time (so the trees don't spawn naturally, but can still be placed with creative mode) ;)
