However, this only lasts until you reload the world (so if you reload the world, you have to type the command again to change the gamemode). If you want to change the gamemode permanently, you have to edit the world file (which requires an SQL editor, like Navicat, for example). There is a worldname.db file in your world subfolder in the "Worlds" folder in your game directory, open this file with the sql editor, then go to the "WorldInfos" table and change "Gamemode" to "Survival" or "Creative"
Probably we will add a command in the near future to change the gamemode permanently (which is much easier than manipulating the world files) ^^
