Hey folks! We've got a nice, somewhat larger patch for Spore Valley today.

First off, we've got some great updated musical tracks courtesy of the excellent Matthew Boerner, aka Freshman Biology! The new tracks will also be available through his own platforms, if you want the tracks for yourself!

Beyond that, this update also includes finalized controller support! Several parts of the interface have been updated to either work with or make more sense when using a controller, without impacting the mouse+keyboard experience. The whole game can now be played with a variety of input devices:

• Controller Only (tested on an XBox controller, but the engine supports all common modern controllers)
  
• Keyboard Only (that's right, no need for a mouse!)
  
• Mouse Only (this was already possible, and is still supported)
  
• Any combination of the above! None of the input devices lock each other out; you should be able to switch seamlessly between any of them.

Finally, we've got a few other changes and fixes:

• When selecting a Bioform that's disconnected with your body, the selection card will look visually different, and the gameplay tooltip will note and explain the disconnection
  
• A new hint appears during gameplay the first time the player encounters an Infestation
  
• Bug fix: The game camera no longer moves around in the background when navigating a non-gameplay menu
  
• Bug fix: Solved an issue where selecting a tile with nothing on it would sometimes show the Toxicity warning in the tooltip
  
• Bug fix: Fixed a generally silent error with controller menu navigation that might have been impacting gameplay
