You can go into the discord for codewalker and get the newest build to make in-game mods, And scripthookV got an update for gtav enhanced support.
RealityV got its third release just a couple days ago which improves the raytracing stuff and adds secondary light bounces for the RTGI ( with a noticeable hit to performance ) but it looks so much better now if you can handle the hit, To install that one you just need to copy 2 files into the update folder but keep a backup of the original files so that you can play GTAO
:edit:
It now goes into a "mods" folder so no need to replace any vanilla game files :)
There's also 2 other graphics mods, one is almost 12GB so expect that one to change a lot more than just visuals and ingame shaders.
the mod downloads have a readme and they'll tell you how to configure enhanced to run with mods, for the most part you only need to have a couple mods in the main game folder where the .exe resides, RealityV is packaged inside a mods folder so you literally just extract and then copy the mods folder over.
in my folder I have :
OpenRPF.asi
SimpleCamera
ScripthookV
then the mods folder which has RealityV installed
Also, game updated yesterday - so once again, some mods are outdated - like scripthookv. So, back to waiting for update on that (2-14 days.. hopefully quick), making backups/downgrading, steam in offline mode pre-backup, using steam console and steamdb to pull the old files, or finding friend/someone providing them (I have just the .exe's available on my profile).
Storymode modding can be fun - but game updates can become a challenge if you don't have a process down to counter it.
/goodluck
