Well, that's exactly the problem I'm watching at. This game is 4 years old and there're never been more than 2000 peak players. Don't get me wrong, I really loved the game but for people like me who live in southamerica to put an example, unless we have friends playing with us in a regular basis, the game is "DEAD".
Another concern is I saw there are bugs in the game people have been reported since forever and haven't really fixed. I tried out the game in my AMD Linux System and fps in menu are like 6-10 meanwhile inside the game is perfect 60 fps, and honestly I don't really know if you guys have any idea what that bug is about or if there will ever be a fix. I really appreciate Linux support coming from a small developer team.
Still, another thing I found annoying is the amount of grinding needed for "no coins", in order to unlock stuff. It seems not very well balanced to say the least.
I still think this game is better that some others that are out there (cough, cough, fall guys) but It needs to be improved further to really be competitive against them.
