Game Crashing on PC

I just bought this game today hoping to play a fun new party game with my friends, but I can't play the game. The fun vibrate title page runs fine, but as soon as I click play now, its panickes and crashes. This game looks really fun and promising and I don't want to have to refund this game, but if I can't play it soon, I don't wanna waste money on it. I have seen people play it and it looks fun, but I wanna be able to play the game. Please help with any solutions or tips to make it work. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. I have restarted my computer. I just wanna be able to play.

I too, just bought the game today. The same things happen to me, the game looks good and when I click play game it just panics and crashes. I hope this gets fixed.

How do we get the Devs attention to this? I know it was a new update today, but when you mark a game down that much people are going to buy it and overload the servers. I wsh they would fix it sooner than later.

Couple things to check:
Is there an error log associated with the crash? (this would be super helpful)
Do you have an antivirus such as malwarebytes that is falsely flagging the game as a virus?
If so, uninstall the game, disable your antivirus and reinstall.
Do you have corsair utility engine, or other perpheral utilites running? (This is a more recent issue)
If so, disable that, and try restarting the game.

The Devs are much more active on discord at discord.gg/moveordie if the problem persists, you can try asking around in the Troubleshooting channel.

The devs are listening, and you have our attention.

I don't think they reworked their servers to account for the massive potential influx of all the people trying to play. It is very fustrating spending any amount on a game and not being able to play the product you had just bought.

There are the screens that pop up and say that Move or Die has panicked and the game has shut down and panicked. I have tried many times uninstalling and reinstalling th egame. Heck, I refunded it and bought it again to see if that worked. I like the games you guys make, I would love to play this one.

Inside of the file Move or Die file folder, C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Move or Die for windows. There should be a file called "errorlog.txt" or when the error log pops up, with "oops, something went wrong..." There should be two options, "OK", and "See Error Log". Can you open the error log and see what it says under "Error Line" at the top?

I figured it out. If anyone is in here and has iCUE because of Corsair, go to your settings and disable the SDK or whatever its called and the game will start. Thank you for your help devs!!
