Yes. You must go to "options", "mouse" and change the option mouse inverted

I don't seem to have an invert option, has it been moved? or is it something that needs to be added in?

the x-axis isn't inverted, but the y-axis is. You go to options, mouse controls, and click on x-axis, and then uncheck the "reverse" box. You will probably also want to change a lot of the other controls to play more like a modern game.

There's settings that can change the "Y" axis? Dang! And here was me adapting to invert controls and as of now can't play uninverted...

Go to control, click on the Y-axis, uncheck the "invert" box, then click on OK to exit.
This had me frustrated to no end until that post helped me figure both axis had their own separate invert setting.

What issue? That's how it's supposed to be.

Only perverts use uninverted Y. Though I guess it isn't as bad as the weirdos who use controllers.

Welcome to the elite club of the true gamers, muhehehe. Fyi, actually, the "inverted" should be called normal. It's because of how organism naturally works in the first place. Calling the "normal" normal is a misguidedness.

You pull the muscles behind your neck to look up - same way the mouse should go back. You pull the muslces in front of your neck to look down - same way the mouse should go forward.

No, when you look down your eyes and face pointing down, When you look up your eyes pointing up.... Only logical option.
