• 🎮 Play the demo (again), perfect time to try this new co-op mode

• Game opens the main menu at startup instead of launching directly intro/last played level.

• Small adjustments in levels 14 and 30.

• Credits update.

• Fix vibrations could sometimes keep going between two levels.

Hello everyone!

Black Zen White demo has been updated to version 1.5.1 and includes, among other things, a 2-player co-op mode and french translation (which you should not care about since you are reading this in English) 🤓🙏😀

The demo is preparing for the upcoming Steam Next Fest starting on February the 23rd!
If you want to support us, you can play the demo (again) during the festival (ideally on the first day) and spread the word around you. 😉

• 2-player co-op mode

  • Can add/remove a player anytime from the menu

  • No controller? No problem! 2 players can play on the same keyboard

  • Several shared keyboard setups available

  • You can play locally on the same computer and online with Steam Remote Play Together !

• French translation

• Add a title screen at the beginning of each level adding to the calm atmosphere and making sure players won't miss potential clues

• Automatically enable HDR for compatible monitors

• Changes in keyboard setup

  • Jump with \[W] and \[up arrow] in addition to \[space bar]

  • Zoom with \[H] and \[E] (instead of \[N])

  • Fast forward with \[K] (instead of \[J])

  • Pause/menu with \[F1] (instead of \

    ) in addition to \[Esc] (\

    is used in some 2-player shared keyboard setup)

  • Yes it can seem a weird choice of keys but it's needed for the full game... 🤫

• Input device (keyboard / controller)

  • Detection/selection of the input device at game start

    • Until now, the game was switching from one device to another depending on which was in use. This was causing problems if you had a connected controller with stick drift.

  • 1-player mode

    • automatically select new connected controller during game

    • if selected device is disconnected, pressing jump button on another device selects it

  • 2-player mode : if one of the players devices is disconnected, game is paused and shows the input device selection screen

  • Better vibrations management

• Button to submit is now always controller "south button" even with a Switch controller

• Music now continues even if game is paused

• Settings menu

  • Add input device selection

  • Add language selection

  • Add monitor selection

  • Remove FPS counter (We needed some space. You can still enable it with Ctrl + F10 and Ctrl + F11)

• A lot of bug fixes

• Most likely some new bugs 😅
