The game is currently bugged, sometimes you wont be able to move. To fix this just activate Vertical Sync on options - graphics (:

You can also quicksave and quickload

Was having problems with not being able to move in Peragus after any fight. Turning on v-sync seems to have fixed the issue! Thanks!
edit: lol just realized this fix was for kotor 1 not 2. whatever, it works for 2... for me at least

Well, pretty sure they use the same engine, i remember using it for Kotor 2 as well!

I dont think turning it on by itself will fix it if you are stuck. If you turn it on before you are stuck then it should never happen. If not you have to reload every time you are stuck.

This was long long time ago. I think i had to save > Turn on V Sync > load the game again and it worked

Vsync doesn't work for me. So i pressed all buttons... and F4 saved the day :D
