screen is zoomed to top left corner, cant play game

i am very new to Steam btw.
so the game itself runs fine but its stuck zoomed in the top left corner, im not able to click on anything outside the screen. i was able to clicl on options and change the resoltion but that dint really do much. searched google for awhile for solutions to no avail. Please Help

Do you have any kind of gui scaling? This happened to me when I was on a computer an accessibility gui scale option turned to larger.

I was worried I was the only one with this problem. Happens rarely with some other older games (Like my snes emulator when I try to increase the resolution). Anyways I tried the flawless widescreen hack and it didn't work for me.

You have to screw around with the settings in the main folder to make it in windowed mode. Then from there you have to adjust it to a bigger size, but if you make it too big, it goes into fullscreen mode and you have to do it all over again.
