Any chance for Light Side points from Genoharadan quest?
Obviously big ol' spoilers below.

Just got the guy offering the datapad, and i know the Geno questline is evil, but is there any lightside option available?
Like, when you meet Hula, does declining to join or fighting him or anything have any kind of reward?
Or are light siders just supposed to decline the datapad and walk away from the whole questline?

If you were to take a dark side hit for doing the quests, I'm sure its possible to make up the deficit by doing light side ones.

or just take the hit for the darkside points, after all a jedi is not an angel! lol :codskull:

Just do it... Its easy to make the LS points back anyway. If you want to be a Saint then I suppose not though.

I'm not sure; I've only ever approached him if I was going Dark Side (even though I wish you could get the rewards). I only remember reading that the canon plot is that your PC talked to him, but turned him down. I agree with the other comments in that you could probably earn enough lightside points back to get the Attribute Bonus for being completely alligned; it would probably just depend on when you visit Manaan.

Only looking to do light-sided run through.
Guess i'll just pass it up then.

Thanks anyways.

Yes but just think you're ridding the galaxy of dangerous criminals who will be killing innocents. Can you really live with yourself knowing you could have done something about it?

Even if you get some dark side points throughout this storyline, you do so much good afterwards, that in the end you have the highest light side rank anyway. I also always end playing the good guy (even if I start the game thinking I will be the bad guy this time), but I won't cut myself from content.

Kind of obsessive about being light sided though.

Did I or was I merely giving you something to think about? Would a LS jedi commit a DS act to prevent an even greater evil? If so, would he be betraying his own ideals or would he simply be pragmatic in weighing the consquences of action over inaction? Food for thought young padawan.

Oh, hello, Kreia. Didn't think I'd see you here.
