ive also recenttly made more characters that use a single Sword/saber with the dueling feat i feel that you never ever miss this way Traditionally i made canderous and my character dueling characters who use 1 melee weapon for ultimate control-never missing. I feel like even with good gear and all 3 2 handed weapon fighting perks you still miss a ton as a dexterity character who duel wields 2 weapons or uses a double bladed saber.
I use single saber though. With dueling, your attack bonus is quite higher than the other styles. More importantly, so is your AC. If you go Dex rather than Str, you won't mind not wearing armor(for your force powers) at all.
