Sith or Jedi?

I've been going lightside for this run, but when I ran into malak and that whole plot twist scene went down, I wondered if I should go dark now. The Jedi used you, and that pissed me off. I kept true to the light, but I still have a save to revert if I need to. Should I go back and be a sith? I know you get Revan's old robes if you take the sith path, and that sounds pretty cool. Whih side is more fun and has the better story?

Go Dark Side. I like the ending more than the light side ending, even though its not canon.

The story doesn't really change much, although going dark side does add a little extra scene or two.

If you're playing a female character in romance with Carth, I definitely recommend going dark side at least once. Otherwise... it really doesn't matter except for the ending movie.

On a side note, don't worry about loading a save file if you've been keeping true to light and want to go dark (or vice versa). There will be an ample opportunity for your alignment to shift before the finale.

Ok.. thanks! I was just afraid of missing out. This is one of my favorite games, but even when i was younger and got the game for the original xbox, I always went light side. I decided to finish as a light character purely for the nostalgia factor, then do a second playthrough as a dark character.

I completed this game on xbox as a lightside dual wield , starting out as soldier following the reccomended planet playthrough, lightside is cool but imo harder than darkside (at least in kotor2 there i played ds) I just started a new ds character in this game and its pretty diffrent than ls and a bit fun ( in kotor2 you can get malaks robe btw)

Lightside is best. Sure you can have fun as ds (force choke on tatooine w/o ds points hurting) but ds is such a bleephole path. Not as messed up as renegade in mass effect but still..
