selven bug

I encoutnere this bug 3 years ago, now it happens again , not important but quite annoying.

If you meet selven before getting the bounty quest, thus not knowing she is a target, and that you just discuss and go away, she may disappear definitely.

I am not gonna reload a save just for this, first time i believed she was hidden somewher eelse, but no, its just a bug.
