Taris Duel Ring Progress Reset - Marl missing

I just got the start codes to finally leave Taris and wanted to finish the duel ring with the death match but now I got re-enrolled and had to start from the beginning again which was fine until I hit Marl - who simply doesn't spawn in the arena and I'm stuck (I guess because he was removed after I talked to him and he said he'd retire and then despawned). Anybody had this or knows how to fix it?

Hello there...
First time heard of it and i've played this game on 3 diferent PCs but my first thought is if you are using any graphic boost that may cause problem with correct rendering of characters.

Also based on my knowledge , games form 90s and 2000s have similiar problem not working well on Win11, Win10 and even Win7 because of resolution settings in the game - Funny but true that sometimes simpy changing resolution in game can fix many problems with game but you have to be aware that the right res is simply a lottery and you have to check whih is best one by one.

I know it's not much of a help but I wish you find the solution!
PS: I'm in almost the same moment of the game as you are now (before sith base)
