Can't change language from English

The game store page says other languages like Spanish (Spain) are available.

However:

1. The game options don't provide a way to change the language
2. There is no "Language" tab in the Steam game properties that lets you change the language
3. The language doesn't change based on macOS' nor Steam's configured language

Other discussion suggest that #2 is the case (https://steamcommunity.com/app/32370/discussions/0/2803982773093812687/) but the language tab definitely does not appear (macOS).

The language option is (at least on my end) under the "General" tab in the game properties.

OP here. It turns out that you can only change the language in the Windows version. The macOS version doesn't give you the option. That's why there's so much confusion around this.

So I used Parallels.app to virtualized Windows on my Mac, installed Kotor1 through Steam in virtualized Windows, and then I dragged the "dialog.tlk" file from the Kotor1 game directory from Windows into my macOS Kotor1 installation folder. That is how I got Kotor1 in Spanish on macOS.
