HK-47 on Taris?

So I noticed that when selecting my kotor game on steam when it shows a picture in the background of the game one of them is a picture of HK-47 on Taris. Is it possible at all to return to taris after its destroyed? Or is this just some pic that steam added and didnt give much thought about too, probably using mods.

Edit: it is also worth noting that the main character in the pic is wearing jedi robes which I don't beleive you can even get before leaving taris.

Thats a photo of the preview, that makes think that originally Taris wasn't going to be destroyed or at least not that early into the game.

Aw dammit I was knd-of thinking from what you guy's were talking about that you could somehow get HK-47 while on Taris but sorry I guess that was just my imagination get the best of me or some ♥♥♥♥. Since I have this game for Steam to I probably should-of known you only get him on Tatooine from that ithorian unless theres a secret code to put in that I don't know of that makes HK appear but you can't I think.
