Plus petition vs giant corporation too, you'd have better punching steel as hard as possible and somehow not breaking your hand in the process
It won't accomplish anything good.
For the companies: The employees and where to take the game is already decided. Disney only cares about the money anyway and Star Wars always makes money.
For the employees: They will just feel validated in their twisted oppinions when people complain about it. "Look, it's just males who feel insecure and cry"
The woke media will have a field day with it as well, using it further for their propaganda.
It's best to mostly keep quiet and just not buy the game. My idea for showing them would be to just boot up the original game on the release day of the remake, play that, drive up the Steam player numbers and make a stand through that.
On a kinda related sidenote: I find it interesting how pretty much all companies Embracer (formerly THQ Nordiq) bought turned into SJW. Just look at Volition and that horrible "Saints Row" reboot and Aspyr was a company that never cared about politics, they didn't even complain when they were asked to port Kingdom Come Deliverance (the nightmare game of all SJWs it seems) to the Switch - but now they are seemingly in full SJW mode.
It's almost as if the entire company got indoctrinated by the SJW crowd after the debacle that was the infamous AMA on 8Chan...
(and i seriously HATE Embracer. They bought out nearly every classic franchise in their "we want to own all gaming franchises"-crusade and what are they doing with it? Turning it into total crap like Jagged Alliance Rage and other failures. They are just infuriating)
Best thing to do is not support this nonsense by not buying anything. We all probably have plenty of backlog, so we don't need to buy a new game ever again.
I would gladly keep on playing the classics until all this woke BS fades away for good.
This man speaks the truth. Unfortunately the left leaning mods on steam are more than happy to ban a 17 year old lvl 70 steam account for having the audacity to state things how they are.
I certainly hope that wasn't the reason for the ban. He didn't say anything wrong or hurtful or anything.
So they have two bad, ex-BioWare writers. I'm sorry, but if you're trying to make this look good, you're not succeeding!
DA:I's was bad, the villain was absolutely incompetent and poorly written and much of it was so boring and ineptly-structured that I just stopped playing and never finished it.
I saw the writing crew on ME:A, which included Maggs and decided to wait and see. Sure enough, the game was a franchise killing disaster. SWTOR was pretty bad, too. NEver did get to the end.
The fact BioWare's last good game was ME:2 and Drew Karpyshyn was their last good head writer. Sadly he left after ME:2 and by ME:3 it obvious the rot was in... I'm pretty sure, as avid gamers, almost all of us know about the laughable Red-Green-Blue ending!
So basically, this game will be written by writers who've wrecked other, once-great franchises.
Yeah...
Yes Hudson I've been demoralised.
No she didn't. All she wrote were some Mass Effect CAH cards.
Andromeda's writers:
John Dombrow
Cathleen Rootsaert
Chris Schlerf
She had NOTHING to do with Andromeda the game. That connection seems to be fabricated by Reddit.
She was the lead writer, but left Insomniac in January and passed duties off to someone else.
She also wrote for the online game Anthem, specifically the asexual character Ryssa Brin.
Shocker.
And no she did not write for Andromeda at all. Just the CAH thing.
She did write that Anthem character yes. She was on Anthem not ME. There's literally no source except Reddit and clickbait videos claiming she worked on Andromeda. Nothing at all.
She was hired less than a year before Andromeda's release, in fact.
