{SOLVED} Windows 10 graphics lag
I am experiencing an enormous amount of lag when trying to run kotor seemingly from my GPU. When I create a character for a new game the load screen starts to lag my whole computer. I have turned off dep and hyper threading for it and my ini looks like this:

Edit:
The problem went away when I tried the fix found in this thread

In short, open task manager and close all instances of Nahimic running in the background.

I'm not sure if you copy pasted correctly, but your refresh rate is set to 0.

Here are the settings I use in my ini file for Windows 7:

[Sound Options]
Sound Init=0
Music Volume=85
Voiceover Volume=85
Sound Effects Volume=85
Movie Volume=100
Force Software=0
EAX=0
Disable Sound=0
Number 3D Voices=16
Number 2D Voices=24
Environment Effects Level=0.60
2D3D Bias=1.50
Environment Effects=1
Environment Effects Nonstreaming=1
Environment Effects Streaming=1

[Graphics Options]
V-Sync=0
Anisotropy=1
Frame Buffer=1
Anti Aliasing=0
Texture Quality=2
Emitters=1
Grass=1
Soft Shadows=0
Shadows=1
Brightness=57
EnableHardwareMouse=1
FullScreen=1
Disable Vertex Buffer Objects=1

For some reason that refresh rate setting keeps getting overwritten, guess I forgot to set it back. I've tried it at 60 before so I know it's not the problem. No dice on these changes either.
