Bastila side quest wont trigger

i went through the entire romance thing with bastila but for some reason her side quest involving her mother on tattoine hasnt triggered yet. this is my second play through and it happend the first time but not this time, anyone know why and know a fix for it?

Either you haven't advanced the dialogue with Bastila far enough or you just need to wander around any landing area map with her in your party and it should trigger.

thats the thing though, she already mentioned her mother and ive already gotten to the point where i kiss her

You can usually trigger the quest by the time you get to the first planet, certainly by the second one. Are you using any mods that might have broken this side quest?

right now the only one installed is the restoration mod, i have more but thats one only one installed.

I don't use the restoration mod myself but have used earlier versions and been able to complete Bastila's side quest. So I don't know.

I don't think you can do the bastila romance playing as a female. Instead if I remember correctly, the romance ends up being with Carth, but I'm not sure how far that goes.

there were 3 different bastila romance mods I determined the best one or one that had them all rolled into one is BastilaRomance+

So I just played the Tatooine part of the game. When I landed I had Bastila and Juhani in my party and I walked around the ship (to see if there were any footlockers) and when I came near the gate to actually go into Anchorhead, Bastila's mom appeared. I had progressed the romance quite a bit, but not all the way.
